The Southeast District RCMP is soliciting help from the public in its investigation into a suspicious fire and stolen firearms in the Memramcook, New Brunswick area.

According to a report from the RCMP, on July 12, 2017, around 1:30 a.m., the RCMP were called to a home on fire in Memramcook, New Brunswick.

The report goes on to add that several firearms were taken from the scene, which gives suspicion that the fire may have been set intentionally.

The RCMP is asking the public that should they have any information about the fire or the stolen firearms, to please contact them at 506-533-5151.
