Residents from Canterbury to Plaster Rock and surrounding areas are encouraged to attend a Community Policing Forum to learn more about their policing service and meet some of their local RCMP members.

“The Community Policing Forum is an opportunity for residents to meet their local police force, find out more about what we do and what the priorities are in the area,” says Sgt. JP MacDougall, the Woodstock RCMP detachment commander officer. “It’s also a time for us to hear from the community and address any concerns they may have.”

The event is being held on Tuesday, April 26 at Carleton North High School in Florenceville-Bristol from 6 to 8 p.m. Everyone is invited.
