Radiohead Enlist Portishead Drummer Clive Deamer for World Tour

Portishead drummer Clive Deamer will reportedly again join Radiohead as a second percussionist on their upcoming world tour.

Deamer previously accompanied Thom Yorke and the gang for their two-drummer setup during their tour in support of 2011's The King of Limbs. Now Deamer has revealed on his official website (via Consequence of Sound) that Radiohead will be using a similar arrangement to bolster their sound.

He posted a photo of himself sitting on a Radiohead tour case and posted that he's "looking forward to (Radiohead’s) first gig in Amsterdam” on May 20. He also tweeted this:

Radiohead's drummer Philip Selway will presumably also perform at all the dates. Of course, Radiohead also promised to release their long-awaited ninth album, A Moon Shaped Pool, at 2PM EST today.
