Radiohead offer Ben Affleck a musical assist in the new trailer for his upcoming thriller The Accountant.

As heard in the clip embedded above, the movie's making use of the band's song "Everything in Its Right Place" during the promotional campaign leading up to its Oct. 14 release. This marks the second trailer for The Accountant — and as ScreenCrush notes, the song is heard in both.

Recorded for the band's Kid A LP in 2000, "Everything in Its Right Place" might seem like an odd fit for a Ben Affleck picture (or any movie not about a man who wakes up sucking a lemon), but even if it isn't the stuff your stereotypical soundtrack is made of, the song adds a solid atmospheric layer to the portions of the film glimpsed here, establishing its goals as more of a thinking person's thriller. From the official synopsis:

Christian Wolff is a math savant with more affinity for numbers than people. Behind the cover of a small-town CPA office, he works as a freelance accountant for some of the world’s most dangerous criminal organizations. With the Treasury Department’s Crime Enforcement Division, run by Ray King, starting to close in, Christian takes on a legitimate client: a state-of-the-art robotics company where an accounting clerk has discovered a discrepancy involving millions of dollars. But as Christian uncooks the books and gets closer to the truth, it is the body count that starts to rise.

Aside from pulling Affleck soundtrack duty, Radiohead are currently busy on the road promoting their recently released new album, A Moon Shaped Pool.
