The West District RCMP is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in a break, enter and theft at a construction company's yard in Carleton County.

On June 12 around 8:30 p.m., the Acott Construction yard on Route 103 in Wakefield, N.B. was broken into, according to Constable Alexandre Bonesso. A man was observed on security footage breaking into a storage unit, where a pressure washer was stolen. Police say the man was seen attempting to break into a second storage unit but was unsuccessful.

Two nights later, the same man allegedly returned around 11 p.m. and attempted to break into the storage unit but was again unsuccessful.

The suspect is described as about 5'9", with a slim build and light-coloured hair. He was accompanied by a medium to large-sized dark-coloured dog.
