Police Investigate After Body is Found Outside Fredericton
The RCMP is investigating the discovery of a man's body in Hanwell, New Brunswick.
Police received a report shortly after 5:15 p.m. Wednesday that a member of the public had come across a body in a wooded area near the Trans-Canada Highway, according to Cpl. Marc Fortin of the West District RCMP.
An autopsy will be conducted to confirm the identity of the man as well as the cause of death. Foul play is not suspected, Cpl. Fortin said Thursday morning.
The RCMP investigation is continuing.
