20 year old Kyle Dube is being held without bail charged with intentional or knowing murder. He is being held at the Penboscot Judicial Center in Bangor accused of killing the missing Glenburn teen. Dube is formerly of Presque Isle.

Authorities say the body of the Nichole Cable was found on Sunday night in a wooded area in Old Town.

Dube turned himself in to police on May 17 on unrelated speeding charges.

Dube’s court appointed attorney, Stephen Smith, said his client has received several death threats since his arrest.

No trial date has been set.

If Dube is convicted on a murder charge, he could face between 25 years and life in prison.
