Nor’easter Storm Headed For Northern Maine
A strong nor’easter storm is headed for the East coast and Northern Maine. The storm is expected to reach the Maine shores late Wednesday night and last way into Thursday afternoon, but slow down on Friday.
National Weather Service meteorologists said that the storm will produce heavy winds, freezing rain, possibly snow, and temperatures below freezing.
Though Nor’easter is not as strong and powerful as Hurricane Sandy - experts are warning that another strong storm will slow down the recovery process.
Some 500,000 people are still with no power in New York and New Jersey, many are homeless or living with no electricity.
The storm should weaken by Friday, but the strong winds, high 55 mph, has some meteorologist worried.
