New Brunswick RCMP Locate Two Missing Seniors [UPDATE]

***UPDATE:The RCMP says an 88-year-old man and a 91-year-old woman who were reported missing when they did not arrive at their intended destination in New Brunswick, have been located safe and sound.

EARLIER REPORT:

The couple was travelling to New Brunswick from Ontario. They were seen Wednesday morning leaving the Super 8 hotel in Campbellton, where they had spent the night, according to Sgt. René Labbé of the Campbellton Detachment.

The man and woman were due in Forest City, N.B., near the Canada-U.S. border later on Wednesday, and were reported missing when they had not arrived at their destination Thursday morning.

Campellton RCMP reported around noontime Thursday that the couple had been located safe and sound. Police thank the public for their assistance.
