Neguac RCMP Looking for Firebomber
New Brunswick Crime Stoppers and the Neguac RCMP are seeking the public's assistance identifying whomever lobbed a firebomb into a new home on Micmac Road at the Esgenoôpetitj First Nation.
Sgt. Tammy Ward says sometime between August 8 and 10, 2015, a gas bomb was thrown into a residence under construction at 558 Micmac Road.
Ward says a rock was thrown to damage the window in a door at the side of the house and then the gas bomb was deployed.
The house was not destroyed completely, but received a considerable amount of smoke damage.
NB Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for this crime.
