For the second time in his career Enfield's Matt Mulligan is a member of the Tennessee Titans after signing with the team on Tuesday.The Titans placed tight end Brett Bracket on the injured reserve list with a knee injury creating a need at that position. This will be Mulligan's third team this season after playing two games to open the season with the Chicago Bears and a couple weeks recently with the Arizona Cardinals.

The former UMaine Black Bear and Penobscot Valley Howler spent part of the 2008 season on the Titans practice squad and has 16 receptions including 2 touchdowns in his seven year NFL career. The Titans play Jacksonville Thursday night live on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket.
