When the North championships for for high school field hockey were over it included two teams used to taking home hardware and one team that earned its first title.Maine Central Institute took home the first regional field hockey championship in school history with a 2-1 win over the Dexter Tigers. Freshman Madisyn Hartley scored the game winner for the Huskies with 11:35 remaining in the game.

In class a it was Skowhegan posting a 2-1 win over #1 seed Messalonskee and in the process claim their 15th straight regional title.

Another team that has lots of hardware is Winslow and they added to their collection by winning the class B championship 3-1 over Gardiner.
