Cocaine Seizure in Southwest New Brunswick Leads to Arrest
Police have arrested a 47-year-old Pennfield man after a weekend traffic stop led to the seizure of cocaine.
St. George RCMP conducted a traffic stop at around 10:30 Saturday night on Johnson Lane in Utopia, New Brunswick. The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle was arrested at the scene after police found approximately 6 grams of cocaine, according to Sgt. Ross Davis.
The man was later released on conditions, and will appear in St. Stephen provincial court in August to face related charges.
The investigation continues.
