Incident Type: Warrant Date: 9/10/2017 Town: Patten Trooper: Tr. Adams Brief Synopsis: Tr. Adams was looking for a male on a warrant when another female came out of the residence. The female had an active warrant. The female was arrested and transported to Penobscot County Jail.

Incident Type: ARREST - OTHER Date: 9/11/2017 Town: Eagle Lake Trooper: Tr. Curtin Brief Synopsis: Tr. Curtin arrested a Fort Kent man for Violation Conditions of Release and Criminal Threatening. An Eagle Lake man reported that the man had been to his house and threatened to “blow his head off”. The man was previously on bail and was prohibited from having contact with the victim already. He was arrested without incident and taken to jail.

Incident Type: THEFT Date: 9/11/2017 Town: Ludlow Trooper: Tr. Sylvia Brief Synopsis: Tr. Sylvia was called to a Ludlow residence by a woman who reported that another woman had been on her property after it had been posted with no-trespassing signs. The complainant also alleged that the woman stole her cat. The investigation is ongoing.

Incident Type: Child locked in car Date: 9/12/2017 Town: Linneus Trooper: Tr. Bell Brief Synopsis: Tr. Bell responded to a residence to assist a mother that accidentally locked her six month old infant in a vehicle as the mother and an adult friend were getting out of the vehicle. By the time Tr. Bell arrived and assessed the situation the infant had been in the vehicle for approximately 15 minutes. The outside temperature was nearly 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and the back of the vehicle was in the direct sunlight. The vehicle was turned off with the windows up and the wrecker responding to the scene was going to be an additional 15 minutes before it arrived. The infant began to cry and show signs of discomfort. The decision was made to break the window before the wrecker arrived. The infant was removed from the vehicle, and despite being covered in sweat, the infant recovered very quickly when she was moved inside a cool house. No medical attention was required. Tr. Adams assisted at the scene.

Incident Type: OAR Date: 9/12/2017 Town: Washburn Trooper: Tr. Pescitelli Brief Synopsis: Tr. Pescitelli was on patrol in Washburn when he ran a registration check of a vehicle and learned the female operator had a revoked license and bail conditions not to operate a motor vehicle. The female was stopped, arrested, and taken to jail. Per her bail conditions she would be sentenced to 30 days if she violated the conditions.

Incident Type: VIOLATION OF BAIL Date: 9/13/2017 Town: Stacyville Trooper: Tr. Saucier Brief Synopsis: Tr. Saucier stopped a vehicle in Stacyville for a traffic infraction. As the investigation unfolded, Tr. Saucier discovered that the passenger had been drinking and was out on bail with one of the conditions being that he not consumes alcohol. The driver was cited for traffic infractions and the passenger was charged with violation of bail.

Incident Type: OUI Date: 9/13/2017 Town: Caribou Trooper: Tr. Levesque Brief Synopsis: Tr. Levesque stopped a vehicle in Caribou for a traffic offense. During the stop he suspected the male driver was impaired. Tr. Levesque conducted field sobriety testing and arrested the man on suspicion of OUI. Tr. Levesque also requested a DRE but one was not available. At the completion of Tr. Levesque’s investigation the man was charged with OUI.

Incident Type: ASSIST OTHER AGENCY Date: 9/15/2017 Town: Easton Trooper: Sgt. Clark Brief Synopsis: Sgt. Clark assisted the Aroostook County Sheriff’s Department with a call in Easton. The Sheriff’s Department received a call about a man in his garage making some sort of concerning comments and had a handgun and a rifle. Sgt. Clark responded and learned the man was selling metal to another person and heard the person can sometimes be aggressive. The metal was already gone when Sgt. Clark arrived. Sgt. Clark told the man to call the police is there are issues. No crime was committed.

Incident Type: Property Damage Date: 9/16/2017 Town: Saint Agatha Trooper: Tr. Desrosier Brief Synopsis: Tr. Desrosier is investigating damage to a field in Saint Agatha. The property owner called the State Police reporting a purple truck was stuck in his field and that vehicle had done a large amount of damage. Tr. Desrosier located the vehicle and is conducting an investigation on who was driving it when the damage occurred.

Incident Type: DISORDERLY CONDUCT Date: 9/16/2017 Town: Mars Hill Trooper: Tr. Pescitelli Brief Synopsis: Tr. Pescitelli was driving North on Main St in Mars Hill when he noticed 3 individuals standing on the side of the road waving their arms and jumping around. Tr. Pescitelli then noticed that two of the individuals were not wearing pants and another had no clothes on at all. Once the individuals realized they were “flashing” a State Trooper they then attempted to flee on foot. Tr. Pescitelli was able to apprehend one of the individuals because he tripped while trying to pull his pants up, he was summonsed for disorderly conduct. The other two were not located but the male that Tr. Pescitelli caught still had the other males' clothing.

Incident Type: OAR Date: 9/17/2017 Town: Easton Trooper: Tr. Pescitelli Brief Synopsis: Tr. Pescitelli was on patrol in Easton when he noticed an individual operating a dirt bike on the roadway at an excessive rate of speed. Tr. Pescitelli stopped the dirt bike and discovered the man’s license was revoked. The individual was charged with OAR.
