Maine State Police have canceled a Silver Alert for a missing Surry woman after she was found safe.

Who is Missing?

Ruth Martin, 90, of Surry has some cognitive issues.

Is She In a Vehicle?

She was last seen on Wednesday, March 6th at approximately 2:00 in the afternoon as she was driving eastbound on Albion Road in Unity. She had stopped to ask for directions back to Surry and then drove away.

Officials say Ruth is described as a white female, 5'2" tall, 163 pounds, with white hair, and brown eyes. She's driving a 2010 red Mazda 3 sedan with Maine registration 5054LS. When Ruth was last seen, she was wearing denim overalls, a scarf, and glasses.

Again, this Silver Alert has been canceled. Ruth Martin has been found safe.
