A day after the players union released statements form his appeal hearing, Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly blasted Tom Brady for hid handling of the "deflategate".The former Bills QB was a guest on ESPN's First Take as they visited Buffalo's training camp.

When asked about Brady's situation Kelly raised his voice and was critical of Brady saying that if he is truly innocent of the charges he should be in the public defending his name and providing all the information that the NFL and investigators request.

The league and Brady are scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court in New York on Wednesday to as they try to work towards a settlement that would prevent a trial or the need for Brady to get an injunction.
