Amanita muscaria is a psychoactive basidiomycete fungus, but rarely causes human deaths from ingestion. It can be parboiled to weaken toxicity and used as a muscimol hallucinogenic. But we don't really recommend that unless you really, really know what you're doing. Because it's still poisonous.
