Investigation Uncovers Caribou Meth Lab

Drug Agents were on scene of the second suspected methamphetamine lab in Aroostook County this week.

The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency's Clandestine Lab Response Team spent much of Friday on the scene of a suspected methamphetamine lab at a home on the Old Washburn Road in Caribou.

The MDEA was assisted at the scene by the Maine State Police, the Caribou Police Department and the Department of Environmental Protection.

So far the MDEA has not released many details. More information is expected to be released Saturday.
