Houlton Town Manager to Resign Monday

Houlton’s town manager, Eugene Conlogue, has requested the Houlton City Council accept his resignation effective this Monday.

According to the BDN, Conlogue replaced former town manager Doug Hazlett after spending 13 years as Millinocket’s town manager.
