7:00 a.m. Smoothie at Maine Squeeze in Portland

Fuel up for your hike with some fruit and veggies at Maine Squeeze in Portland.

8:00 a.m. Breakfast at Brunswick Diner

You've already had your nutrients via your smoothie, so it's time to carb up with some pancakes at the Brunswick Diner.

9:45 a.m. Arrive at Harpswell Cliff Trail

This rugged trail includes a shore walk along tidal Strawberry Creek and spectacular views from 150ft cliffs overlooking Long Reach. Fairy house zones provide children with a place for play and creativity. Unbroken, preserved forests stretch to the east and south of Long Reach. The reach itself is a submerged valley that is now tidal mudflats. Across the Reach is the 90-acre Long Reach Preserve.
