Hanley Ramirez hit his first home run in 105 at bats - a 3-run blast. Steven Wright was solid for 7.1 innings. The Red Sox get back on track with a 6-4 over the Baltimore Orioles and that means a tie at the top of the AL East standings.

The Hanley bomb came in the five run 3rd inning. It was his first homer since May 10th.

Staked to a 6-0 lead early, knuckleballer Steven Wright was strong, allowing three runs and six hits. His ERA did go up for 2.09 to 2.22. Wright is now 8-4.

Craig Kimbrel earned his 15th save with a 1-2-3 9th inning.

At 37-27, the Sox and O's are tied for first place. The rubber game of this series in tonight at Fenway.
