Gas prices in New England for the past week have gone up, or down, depending on where you live.

Prices at the pump went up a little in one New England state and down a bit in two other states.

According to the latest survey from GasBuddy.com, gas prices in Maine have risen 3.5 cents in the past week to an average$2.45. That's based on a survey of 1200 stations. Most stations in Presque Isle were showing $2.63 a gallon for regular unleaded.

Prices at the pumps in New Hampshire dropped 1.5 cents a gallon to $2.46 and Vermont's gas prices showed and average of $2.49 a gallon. That's a 1.7 cents drop from the previous week.

The national average rose less than a penny from last week to an average $2.45 a gallon. That's 8.9 cents cheaper than last month, but 25 cents a gallon more than it was a year ago.
