From the Show – ‘What is Autotune?’ [VIDEO]

On today's show we were recapping last night's Grammy Awards and one of the winners was a 17 year-old newcomer who had a breakout pop hit this past year. She goes by the name Lorde. This being a rock station I wouldn't normally be talking about her but this video is just too funny not to share.

The mechanism known as 'Autotune' is prevalent in a lot of recorded music these days. If a singer happens to sing a little out of tune, this program changes the pitch so that it reverts back to the proper pitch. Well this video really has nothing to do with it. Someone put it together as a joke but I found it hilarious. Enjoy.
