Fort Kent to Hold Family-Fun Event

Get in the holiday spirit at the Fort Kent Annual Lighting Celebration to be held on Saturday, November 26 at 6 p.m. at the Fort Kent Public Library, located at 1 Monument Square.

The festivities will begin at 6 p.m. with the lighting of the tree. 5th and 6th grade chorus members of Fort Kent Elementary School will be singing Christmas music, while waiting for the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus.

This family-fun event is free and open to the public.  Gifts will be given out to all children and hot cocoa will be served.
