Just four days after his re-election and proclaiming that he was "the President of everybody" FIFA President Sepp Blatter has stepped down from soccer's top organization.Blatter was elected to another term as President last week, and just days after many of his organization's top officers were arrested and indicted on corruption charges.

Blatter said he will stay on as President until an election takes place to find his replacement. That election is not expected to take place until sometime between December and March.

Blatter first joined FIFA in 1978 and worked his way through the organization until he was elected President the first time in 1998.
