Fall 2014 Dinner Theater Presentation “A Celebration of the Singer-Songwriter”

Looking to let your hair down a bit and get out of the house for an evening?

The University of Maine at Presque Isle and the Presque Isle Community Players present the Fall 2014 Dinner Theater Presentation “A Celebration of the Singer-Songwriter” on Friday and Saturday, October 10th & 11th and again on October 17th & 18th in UMPI’s Campus Center.

This revue features a mix of musical styles, from Country and R&B to Texas Swing and Rock n' Roll. This year's band has eight musicians and the singers will number in the teens. A fine meal and two full sets of great up-tempo songs, with a sprinkling of heart-felt ballads, will offer some tasty morsels for everyone.

On opening night, October 10th, social hour is at 6 p.m., the performance is at 7 p.m. with desserts, coffee and tea served at intermission. The cost is $17 per person.

For the October. 11th, 17th and 18th performances, social hours begin at 6 p.m., dinner is at 7 p.m., and the performance is at 8 p.m. The cost is $28 per person.

Tickets are on sale now at the Campus Store, Goin’ Postal and the Aroostook Centre Mall.
