Maine is one of the leading producers in the craft beer industry and our event will highlight those trophy beers! We won't just have beer but wine, food trucks, live music, games and more.

Come meet some of the great Maine brewers and get a taste of the North! Truly dedicated suds seekers can grab a VIP ticket for an extra hour of tasting. This is an event you don't want to miss.

THE ELM TREE DINER: They’ve been serving home style food in Houlton since 1947. With a long tradition in Northern Maine, they make delectable food and fresh baked pastries, squares and cakes.

GOVERNOR'S RESTAURANT & BAKERY: A tradition in Presque Isle for family & friends all over Aroostook County, Maine. Try their entrees and baked goods at Taste The North.

IGA: Your local grocery store with friendly service, fresh groceries and convenient locations in Star City, Hillside and Mars Hill. Try their burgers at Taste The North.

WINNIE'S RESTAURANT & DAIRY BAR: Visit them on Parsons Street in Presque Isle with family & friends. Sample their fried clams at Taste the North.

FLIGHT DECK BREWING: Featuring their award winning craft beer! Try it in Presque Isle and visit the Brewery & Tasting Room on Brunswick's Landing

FIRST MILE BREWING CO.Brewing a wide range of beers with "something for everyone." Visit their tasting room and hang out in the tap room on Route 1 in Fort Kent.

BAXTER BREWING COMPANY: Located in Lewiston, Baxter Brewing Company was the first brewery in New England to can all its beer. Plus, they make a beer for every season!

BIGELOW BREWING COMPANY: Using local ingredients to make the best local beer. Meet the crew at Taste the North and visit them in Skowhegan.

HIDDEN SPRING WINERY: Spend time with them at Taste the North and try their unique wines. Make sure you visit them in Hodgdon.

Taste the North Live Art Battle:

Live Art Battle in the center of the Forum from 6-7 pm at Taste the North, April 21st, Presque Isle Forum.

Here’s how it works: 8-10 local artists will create their best work with a Maine theme. People can feel free to move around the easels and watch different techniques and the creative process.

Wintergreen Arts Center will sell $1 tickets for people to vote for the people’s choice award.

There is a live auction after the art battle. Take home your favorite piece for the right price. Proceeds from the tickets and auction go to support the Wintergreen Arts Center.
