If you haven’t been watching the 2016 Olympics, then you’ve been missing out on more than just Michael Phelps’ meme-ready expressions and impressive feats of physical endurance. The event has also been host to some new sneak peeks and TV spots, like Marvel’s latest trailer for Doctor Strange, which is leaning quite heavily into the whole mind-blowing, world-turning Inception thing.

Like previous TV spots and trailers, this one keeps the focus mostly on Benedict Cumberbatch’s Stephen Strange and Tilda Swinton’s Ancient One, but there’s also a bit more footage of Mads Mikkelsen as the film’s villain (Kaecilius is his name, FYI). As with many Marvel baddies, this one is power-hungry and bent on doom and gloom and destroying the world — you know, the usual. Here’s the official synopsis:

Marvel’s Doctor Strange follows the story of the talented neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange who, after a tragic car accident, must put ego aside and learn the secrets of a hidden world of mysticism and alternate dimensions. Based in New York City’s Greenwich Village, Doctor Strange must act as an intermediary between the real world and what lies beyond, utilizing a vast array of metaphysical abilities and artifacts to protect the Marvel cinematic universe.

Doctor Strange also stars Rachel McAdams, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Michael Stuhlbarg, Benedict Wong, Scott Adkins and Amy Landecker, and hits theaters on November 4.
