Gun control is a hotbed issue.  The Federal Government is trying to take away our right to own weapons that utilize high capacity magazines.  One of the arguments is that no civilian would have a need to fire multiple rounds at one time.  Another hotbed issue is invasion of privacy.  I say we shoot two birds with one bullet, er, camera.

While I was watching Secretary of State John Kerry speak about the crucial decisions being made on the situation in Syria I couldn’t help but hear the clicks of the photographs be taken of the man as he simply walked to the podium.  The word ‘paparazzi’ came to mind.  Celebrities complain about the intrusive practice of these bottom feeders.  They continue to employ new technology (cameras) that allows for them to take 20, 30, 100 pictures at once.  Is that really necessary?

Whatever happened to timing?  Having the patience and the eye to get the right shot at the right moment is an art.  With these new models it’s basically cheating. No one likes a cheater.  Granted, they can’t do as much damage as a gun with a high capacity magazine, but they can destroy lives and careers.  Just take a gander at your favorite gossip website.  I don’t think anyone should have the right to own one of these heinous mechanisms.
