The Department of Public Safety and Crime Stoppers, N.B. are seeking the publics help to stop illegal hunting and trapping in the region. They need your help.

The law recognizes trapping and hunting of animals out of season as illegal and a very serious offense. This would include the hunting of moose, deer, and others animals that move in the night.

According to the Fish and Wildlife Act, hunting animals in New Brunswick at night is a major offense in New Brunswick and should be stopped.

The New Brunswick Wildlife Federation, the Department of Public Safety, hunters, and Crime Stoppers, are of the persuasion that the majority of those living in these areas deplore such illegal activity.
