The Boston University Terriers scored the first four goals of Saturday night's game against UMaine and completed a weekend sweep of the Bears with a 6-1 win.

BU scored two goals in the first period just 31-seconds apart.

The Terriers added two more in the second period before Maine's Cam Brown got the  Black Bears on the scoreboard. It turned out to be the only goal the Bears would get.

Sean Maguire made 22 saves for BU.

Rob McGovern and Matt Morris combined for 37 saves for Maine.

The loss sends UMaine to a 4-8-2 Hockey East record.

The Bears overall record is 5-15-6.

The 11th ranked Terriers are now 7-4-3 in HE and 13-7-4 overall.
