The Holiday Light Parade is tonight! Townsquare Media is partnering with the United Way, PI Kiwanis, PI Rotary, and TAMC on Santa’s Sleigh Project.

The parade starts at 6:00 p.m. (ET) at UMPI and travels down Main Street, Presque Isle. The Central Aroostook Chamber of Commerce will be judging floats as they pass by, and will give out awards when the parade ends at the North Street Health Center. Refreshments will be served.

To contribute to Santa's Sleigh Project, bring a gift to the parade and donate to the elves. The toys go to children in the County. Townsquare Media's Vehicle will pull Santa's sleigh as the presents are collected along the route.

The United Way of Aroostook's Facebook page has more details (below) about Santa's Sleigh Project:

"Help us fill Santa's Sleigh @ the 27th Annual Light Parade. The United Way of Aroostook has partnered with TAMC, TownSqaure Media, Presque Isle Rotary Club, and the PI Kiwanis Club to help grow the Santa's Sleigh Project here in Arooostook County. Our elves will be collecting new unwrapped toys along the parade route."

Last year we provided toys to over 1,000 local children throughout Aroostook County and would love to help more children this holiday season.

"By donating to Santa's Sleigh Project you are ensuring that a local child receives a gift on Christmas Morning. Toys for all ages will be collected and ALL toys donated will stay in Aroostook County. FMI call the United Way office at 764-5197. Remember Aroostook Give Where You Live!"

Townsquare Media is proud to be partnering with the United Way, PI Kiwanis, PI Rotary, and TAMC. We'll see you at the 27th Annual Holiday Light Parade, this Saturday! Bring a gift!
