Brady Misses Practice With Shoulder Issue [VIDEO]

32 hits and 16 sacks into the season, Tom Brady needed a day off from practice. He also needed a MRI on his non-throwing shoulder. Brady himself says he will be playing Sunday against the Jets.

A review of game tape by some Patriots beat reporters shows a sack in the Carolina Panthers and a sack in the Tampa Bay game last Thursday night left Brady grimacing as he got up off the ground.

Jimmy Garoppolo took all the snaps in practice yesterday. He’s the only other quarterback on the team because practice squad QB Taylor Heinicke was released Monday.

Today is a day both Bill Belichick and Tom Brady are scheduled to meet the media. It could be interesting.
