For the first time since the NFL upheld the his 4-game suspension, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has responded the league's decision.Brady released a statement on his Facebook page that states he did nothing wrong with respect to the "deflategate" controversy.

Brady also addressed the charges made by the NFL that he destroyed his cellphone knowing that investigators wanted to view it for evidence.

The players union is now trying to get a temporary injunction in federal court that would allow Brady to play while a case can be tried that shows the league did not follow the collectively bargained process that applies to these types of situations.
