Friends and neighbors often come to the aid of those in need here in the County, that's why the Mapleton Lion’s Club and friends and family of Jeffrey Clark will be having a Benefit Supper and Auction on Saturday, January 17th.

Jeffrey was diagnosed with Myeloma last year and underwent radiation therapy.  It has progressed into Multiple Myeloma, diagnosed in September of this year, and Jeffrey started chemotherapy in November.

This March he will be traveling down to Dana Farber in Boston to undergo a stem cell transplant.

All money raised at the dinner and auction will go to future medical and travel expenses.

The dinner will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and the auction will begin at 7:00 p.m.  The dinner is donation based and will be held at the Mapleton Lion’s Hall in Mapleton.
