Band Profile: ‘The Dead Daisies’ [VIDEO]

So Lynyrd Skynyrd and Bad Company kicked off their tour in Bangor on July 10th. We got some glowing reports about the show. The opening band in particular left a huge impression.

Everyone we talked to said that Lynyrd Skynyrd rocked as always. Apparently Bad Company had a slow start but were firing on all cylinders by the middle of their set. A lot of Bad Company stuff is bluesy and moody so I expected a little of that. The opening band, comprised of former members of INXS, Thin Lizzy, Whitesnake, Guns and Roses, and more was called 'The Dead Daisies,' and they're all everyone is talking about. Hopefully this new band in the same classic rock vein will breed new hope for classic rock fans. Check out some clips.
