Baltimore reached a deal to play for the Ottawa Redblacks of the CFL, who are coming off a six-point overtime win in the league's championship game last November over Calgary.

The former Black Bear played in 42 games with the UMaine program during his tenure in Orono and tallied three total interceptions.

The Redblacks joined the CFL as an expansion team in 2014 and won a title in their third season with the league.  Ottawa plays in the TD Place Stadium in Ontario which holds 24,000 fans and will host the team's opener versus the Calgary Stampeders on June 23
