2015 Special Olympics NB Winter Games to be held in Woodstock
Join the fun, witness the joy, and experience the greatness! Special Olympics New Brunswick and the 2015 Winter Games Organizing Committee are overjoyed to announce that on February 19 - 22, 2015; hundreds of individuals with an intellectual disability and their coaches will participate in 4 sports at the 2015 Special Olympics New Brunswick Winter Games. These games will be held in cooperation with the Town of Woodstock.

Over 80 athletes and coaches from Prince Edward Island will be competing at the Winter Games this February as well. ”We are delighted to have our island friends join us for a weekend of competition, friendship, and fun!” says Josh Astle- Executive Director of Special Olympics NB.
In Addition to PEI teams from several regions in NB will be participating. We are happy to welcome Capital Region, Fundy Region, Southeast Region and the host region of Western Valley to this major event. We are sure each team will leave with new friends, happy memories and of course… many medals!

Opening Ceremonies will take place on February 19th at 6:00pm at the Woodstock High School Theatre.
