The Maine Running Festival is unlike any other event in Maine! Runners in all distances will start together. Race distances include a 1 Mile Kids Fun Run, 5K or the Harvest Half Marathon & Relay. Participants will receive an Atayne event shirt (only first 100 registrations), a race course that is fully supported with volunteers for directions, water stops at appropriate distances, and chip timing. While you race, there will be child friendly activities, until they cheer you into the finish. All finishers will receive a finishers medal.

1 MILE KIDS FUN RUN

This safe and controlled 1 mile run is great for the kids, but also for spectators. Come cheer your favorite little runner on! All finishers will receive a medal!

5K RUN

Starting and finishing at Riverside Park in Presque Isle, all runners will start together and then run each unique course. Running through downtown Presque Isle, rolling hills with flat and fast roads can be expected.

HARVEST HALF MARATHON

The Harvest Half Marathon will start and finish at Riverside Park in Presque Isle. Run through the heart of Presque Isle, and quickly climb to the outstretched farm fields along Centerline Road. Briefly run along the historic main artery to Northern Maine, US Rt. 1, then behold the rolling road that takes athletes just north of Aroostook State Park. A quick out and back portion of the course before heading back on a nearly flat road for the remainder of the run before finishing off this amazing event with a roaring finish!

HARVEST HALF MARATHON RELAY

Not up to 13.1 miles yet? Forget running long distance? Want some fun? Consider being a member of a relay team for the Harvest Half Marathon! A relay team consists of two to four members, who will complete a segment or two of the half marathon (approximately 3.2 miles for each segment). Need help creating a relay team?
